Uber cab is cheating by adding surge charge after completing the trip and automatically deducted money from paytm wallet.initially showing ** rs (i took ride to my office from my home,my office is less than * km from my home),then at the trip end deducted *** rs including the surge charge. This happened multiple times with me.and they don't have any justification with this, no customer no they have.they are cheating customer. And raising issue via app also not working, they are coming with foolish justification.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
