Uber Cabs - Uber Blocked me from paying in non cash mode

I am a customer of Uber Cabs.I have taken first ride in Uber and paid the amount via Paytm .After that uber has blocked me from paying in non cash mode without any reason
I complaint to them bt they are only saying that it is system generated and I have violated the Terms and condition.I didn't violate any terms .Infact I ask them what I have done wrong but the are not telling me..Moreover now they are even not replying to me..I am blocked by uber from using non cash payment modes.I have not violated any terms
