Anandhan s filed complaint against Airtel on Feb 17, 2019
The first recharge done ********** on plan voucher *** on February ** and mistakenly recharge done same number and same plan voucher ***. After that new recharge only continued the previous plan cancelled. So we called customer care they told no refund and extension on this plan. So I need to refund please do needful.
