Gonoise - Two order came with same default

my daughter bought wireless earbuds from noise (Invoice no.NH/**-**/****** dt.**.**.** which was received with default (one earbuds having no sound). We were travelling and returned to home at **th Oct. On same day we wrote mail to Noise but no proper response and hence we visited noise service centre , grant road and product submitted for replacement on **th Oct ** (service centre call code no.***************. Its more than one month but no replacement yet. We are facing difficulty without earbuds and hence we ordered same model earbuds in my name from noise on *th Nov which received on **th Nov . The said product also received with same default (Inv no. NH/**-**/******. I complained same day (complaint no. *******) but they mixed with my other complaint and after one week they told to regd other complaint i.e. *******. Its feel like cheated that they delivered same product which was returned by us only to them. I paid two product money and now they are not refunding our money and also not getting replace the product immediately. I am following up and struggling since **th Oct **. Now they says that you will get the product with repaired or replacement with other product which can other model or colour. We ordered product from noise website as we wanted that product in white colour which not available in other website.
I have spent lots of time due to this and even my daughter not able to attend online meetings for lacking of earbuds. Hence we need compensation for this with my product. or refund money with compensation amount.
