Shopclues com online shopping app - Twice money debited from my account for purchase at shopclues

I had purchased underpants for my kid on **/**/**** for Rs ***/- which was paid through my wife's account through UPI payment interface and immediately she received message from ShopClues that payment failed though money was debited from her account with ICICI Bank. Next day again she did the transaction, i.e, on **/**/**** and this time again money was debited. My wife enquired from the bank and on both dates money is paid to ShopClues however inspite of giving all the transaction details and raising complaints they are not refunding one amount. Below are the details:
