Our Sansui **” Ultra HD (*K) LED Smart LED Android TV started malfunctioning- i.e. half of the screen went pale and flickering. So I lodged a customer support request to avail the warranty and service the TV for repair. This was lodged on **/**/****. Since then, a serviceman came and snapped many photos and said that the display panel needs to be replaced. Following that, there were only SMS updates delaying the date of replacement. Jeeves also said that a new TV unit would replace the damaged one. Nothing has been done. This is seriously frustrating and annoying to not have TV for a month now.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
