I have raised a complaint regarding my Motorola TV to Jeeves services .Green lines are showing on the screen. My TV is covered under there complete protection plan and I have raised the complaint both **th July and *th August two executives had been assigned to the complaints named Yogesh Mishra and Jitendra Kumar . Both of the technician had not visited and one of them had uploaded fake comments and cancelled the complaint and other one had also not visited and the complaint got cancelled again. I have shared both locations and bill to both of them still they didn't visited.
I have yet again raised the complaint yesterday and another technician is assigned named Vishal Arora, now he is also not picking the phone. Please look into the matter.
