I am writing today to complaint of the poor service I received from company magement . we had started reporting consumer care by email and also called through troll free number till date there is no any solutions/replacement provided by Hisense TV. Should we stopped watching TV due to this issue.
The remote they have provided with tv is not working so many times I request to replace but no one is giving proper response should we go for police complaint or may be notice from court
or something like that.
