Hisense - PATHETIC AFTER SALES

I bought a HISENSE Refrigerator from TATA CLIQ on **May**** and it started malfunctioning within ** months of purchase.I was told that the Warranty has expired and I need to pay the Visit charges and further Repair.I agreed.
The first visit after repeated calls,was on **/*/** and was diagnosed as Gas Choking and were advised to Refill the Gas .Paid Rs.*** as visit charges.
Later the technician visited on **/*/** and refilled the gas and were told that the cooling will be effective within *-* days,but IT NEVER HAPPENED, same status as before.PAID Rs.**** .
The technician stopped picking up the phone theron.After complaining to the Customer Care,the technician visited again and did some topup of the gas,but Same Status even after few days.
Now after Repeated mails and escalations,no Action taken till date.Only received a call from some other person ON **/*/** calling himself from HiSense, informed me that the Compressor which is in warranty,needs to be changed ,without even visiting for further Diagnosis.But No action inspite repeated reminders and calls to CS
But till date no Solution even after approx. * months.
Pathetic Customer Service and pathetic Product.I NEED REFUND.
