Hisense - Hisense delivery defective Tv not able to resolve Complaint

I had bought the Hisense flagship TV, which was defective so after around two months they replaced the TV with the defective one again. And now it's more than a month still I don't have any update, every time I call or email they ask to apologize and say we are working on the same but no outcome, I have already wasted *+ months still no result and even they saying they won't extend the warranty. And still, I don't have any idea when this would get solved. (I am mentally harrassed by the brand) even after spending a hefty amount, I am not able to use the product.
