Hisense - Hisense 55 Sound System not working

we have ordered Hisense ** Inches from Amazon and received on **.**.**** and installation came after * Days, after installation, we found that the Sound system was not working properly The Same we have raised Complaint but till now no one from Hisense brand engineer came for the installation and when we are trying to call, no one is responding properly
We Called Hisense Customer Service they provided One Brand Engineer's Number
Mobile No: **********, from past * Days we are calling to this person, Initially he told us he will send the Person from then after he is not lifting the phone and now when i tried from another mobile no he told us that we are busy and i am disconnecting the phone
