I ordered a TV on **th April ****. The promised date of deliver initially during the purchase was **th April ****. I did not get the delivery by that date, I asked the customer service and they said it will be delivered by **th April **** due to weekend. I waited, and again I did not get any on **th again I called them they changed the date to **st and the response is very very irresponsible. They have no clue where my order is and I am waiting till date no one bothered to update me about my order. This is very very strange to me as I am the first time customer of Tata CLIQ and never faced this kind of situation with any other online retailers. Please help me to fight against this.
