harikrishna filed complaint against Flipkart on Feb 12, 2022
Respected sir,
My name is a. harikrishna..recently i bought samsung TV** inches on flipkart online platform..product was delivered on *th february.but installation was not done from * days...when i call them,they are saying that it will be done in two days..like this they postponed till now form *th february to **th february to ** th february, , agin today they are saying it will be done by ** th february...i don't believe in them sir..they cancelled my installation order without informing to me....the issue is the return period will be finished by ** th february..i cant check even how product is working also ...after return period is over they won't take it back even product is defective.......while buying they said clearly installation will be done in two days after delivery.i waited for * week no proper response from them......i can install for myself also sir but they did not provide TV stand in box to fix it..i am attaching the invoice an their promises what they made sir....so i want to file a complaint against flipkart,samsung and the seller also
