This is with reference to a TV purchased from Amazon on **th April ****.
I was promised a call back for TV installation within ** hours and install in ** hours. Its already more than * days still no one contacted to install TV. amazon customer service is pathetic, they just ask same things and ask to contact brand by giving wrong and misleading numbers (refer chat). Kodak support asked to keep waiting for call. I feel cheated as I can't even use and check the product. Amazon not ready to refund it. Please take it back and give back my exchanged TV, and with it you have taken my Airtel remote. I am stuck without TV and Airtel remote. I was mentally affected by Amazon and its services.
