I have purchased a realme ** inches Android tv in filpkart on Ja***y ****. On May ** the tv display got burnt and pink color lines were appeared and then I raised a complaint in realme customer service on may ** and there said that due to lockdown there is no service available now...so again i recomplained after lockdown June *....and then there have asked me to mail them some proofs regarding the tv...and said that technician will call u within ** hrs....And again there is no response from there side for one week....so we claimed for warranty on filpkart....and filpkart technician showed up on july *....and he said that the warranty under complete protection, so claim the brand warranty....And then on the same day I complained the realme customer service I have received a msg that within ** to ** hrs technician will visit your place....And then I'm calling the customer service regarding this for past * weeks there is no proper response...
