Sir/Madam we had booked an airline ticket on ibibo , PNR KKLFNE, Flight no. *E***, dated **/*/**.
We are trying to cancel the same, for last one week, but are unable to do so on their application.
As, this is causing, very big mental pressure on our part, due to non performance of IBIBO application on cancellation, but it operates top notch while perusing fresh booking.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
