Hi team,
I've booked hotel room at gorakhpur using ibibo app.As per my plan i've booked accommodation for * days.My Booking refer No: HTLNB**YSR..Total tariff is *****.Due to personal Emergency i've to rush back to native.So, We had a discussion with Goibibo customer care for cancellation of second day stay at gorakhpur. Customer care team confirmed me that they will refund our balance if Hotel authorities accept our cancellation.Same way hotel team accepted our query and the same has been conveyed to ibibo...But ibibo team is not willing to refund our balance of ****.**...I will share one more bill if needed
