I booked a shared cab from Delhi to Jaipur via ibibo app.The booking was confirmed and I reached the pickup location before time because I had a meeting scheduled in the evening so I was giving my best to be punctual.
On reaching the spot I called the cab driver to board the cab but I was shocked when he said that he is planning to cancel the ride and will confirm me in ** min. I then called the ibibo customer care which assured me of getting in touch with the vendor and doing the needful. But then I received a cancellation mail at **.** noon when the departure was scheduled at **.** noon(just ** min prior).
Due to this event I couldn't reach at the meeting on time and thereby it will lead to opportunity financial losses.
The company sent a so called resolution mail giving information of cancellation of my booking. But I don't understand that whether mere passing of an information without any effort to rectify the error falls in the ambit of resolution.
I feel like I have been cheated by ibibo. They only think of making money when the customer takes a ride via a vendor in form of commission and all and then they deny there responsibility to there customers when there clients face all this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
