I tried to book a trip with yatra last year wherein they made false promises before I gave them the advance amount and soon after that they said they cannot arrange a lot of things I mentioned which they had promised earlier. I decided to cancel and ask refund. I had proofs so they accepted the mistake and said cannot give refund but will give credit to which I agreed. Now I want to use the credit and nobody is responding properly. The customer service is so bad they aren't letting me use my money at all and aren't processing a refund ad well.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
