I booked * railway ticket from mumbai to gao using trip guarantee ,For sachin and Priya Srivatava booking id was NR****************, but by mistake i selected a train from mumbai to londa , i cancelled the ticket got the amount of the ticket but dint got ticket guarantee amount of ****, it was never mentioned upfront that it will not get refunded incase of cancellation , it was my first time using trip guarantee . i am not expecting the cash back but at least MMT can provide me vouchers for the same amount
