I booked my flight ticket frm Mum to Ixr on *nd Dec. The fare charged was Rs **** , however I within *min I received a message " Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration". The customer care executive convinced me that the amount will be refunded back within ** to ** days. It has been more than a *month **days there is no initiative taken from travolook side despite several reminders. Please help in getting my hard earned money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
