On March **th, I have booked a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi with a reference number ********* and soon after I received a call asking for extra amount because of the fare changes and I asked for a refund on which they said I will be getting it in *-* days.
But even after ** days. I have not received single rupee.
They are running a total scam and its happening to lot of people.
Really not able to understand how they are still in market.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
