I made a booking for the holiday with MakeMyTrip with booking id IN*B************* for holiday period from **th April to ** April. Following are the issues I have faced which is clearly deficiency of service and hence I seek a full refund.
*. The driver didn't come on time on Monday **th that delayed my trip by *:** hours that have a ripple effect on a subsequent trip. The journey that should have been completed in *-* hours took more than ** hours.
*. Changing the cab on the highway although the trip was booked from home.
*. Worst experience with customer executive in the morning for which I have call recordings that have already been sent to MakeMyTrip.
*. The whole plan for the day ruined.
*. Mr Aman from MakeMyTrip says that since there is no sightseeing plan in the day I haven't lost much but he doesn't acknowledge that I haven't planned to be in cab either.
*. In the hotel where the heater was not working and with two small kids I am being given a solution that blower will be provided but still hasn't received it.
*. In the morning we found that geyser was not working.
*. On **st driver refused us to take to Bhimtal.
Despite it being in itinerary saying he will not pay tax if he enters Delhi late I have been communicating this issue to MakeMyTrip as and when that happened and it ruined all my holiday I seek a refund of all my money along with interest accrued and compensation for mental and physical harassment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
