Hans Travel - Travel Bus Failure

This happened when we were travelling to Indore From Pune On August **th ****. The Bus had technical Problem at Dhule nearly *** Km from Indore. The Drivers didn't arrange for alternative travel mode also Customer Care Executive of the company didn't respond and was behaving rudely. All passenger including elders, children were stranded on the Highway for * Hrs. We had to arrange private traveler on our own.
