Hans Travel - bus not going to destination place and customer care service is not listning

we are coming from Bhopal to Raipur through Hansbus but just * hour of left the bus has breakdown.
we are sitting from last * hour in that place but no alternate bus arrived till now.
more than ** passengers are suffering problem but Hansbus customer care is misbehaving us.
please look this case and refund our fund immediately.
