I booked a ticket from bhopal to indore on **th July where I was to board at ISBT stop at *:** AM.
I tried calling the number which was provided for the boarding point a lot of times but got no response. Because of that I had to book another ticket which costed me higher . I ask for a refund .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
