I have book ticket from pune to bhopal vide pnr no. *********-*******, and handed over my soft luggage to porter for keeping in safe place which was having no damages, The Bus no. AR-**-E-**** stopped at Indore for dropping the passengers I check my suitcase at Indore stoppage where I found that the same is damaged condition I enquired to porter who shown his inability, the luggage is cut completed from one side. When bus reached at Bhopal we tried to show the damages to driver **********(Mantis) who has also shown any interest and asked to do whatever you required. Nobody responded at Bhopal. The suitcase is having VIP converge plus Red purchased on **.**.
