Pradeep kumar filed complaint against Paytm on Feb 10, 2018
I used Paytm mall app to order a pair of shoes on * feb whose order no is (**********) but they delivered me the wrong color so i returned to it and asking for refund of my money rs ***. They refund of Rs *** in my paytm wallet , but I dont use wallet money very frequently and there was an option there to send the money back to the bank account so I processed the same request whose trasaction id is (***********). The money got debited from my paytm wallet and no credit has been made in my bank of baroda whose account no. the transfering status still show pending.
so i tried my every nerve to speak with customer executives to raise the issues but i fails. Lastly i used twitter to raise the complaint..
They replied me that " Hi! we are on it and get it resolved, your ref no. is ********." I thought they will call me or reply me for the same but they didnt.. again i used twitter to know my complaint status they replied that "
We have resolved your concern. Please check email sent with query reference no. (Ref. No. ********)" when i read my mail id it was written that we already initiated the money pls contact your bank branch if u dont get ur money . they now started putting all the blame on bank and its bank which is taking time and paytm has no control over it.
My brother work in the same bank of broda branch and i have already checked with the bank and no money has been transferred through paytm.
I also raised a online customer care complaint in my bank of baroda bank for the same with an tracker id (******). Bt they also didnt reply any thing..
So kindly requested to you pls taken strong steps so that i can get my money back soon for that i always indebted to you.
