State Bank of India - Transaction Failed But Amount Debited

On July *st **** Two Quick Transfers Were failed and amount is debited , and i did a third transaction which was sucesful and amount debited.

All Tarnsfers done to same person. but for failed transactions amount was not refunded.

I am in Kuwait and i dont have option to call toll free nos , and we rasied tickets thorugh email , but they closed tickets without contacting us.

I got one email from sbi saying those two tramsactions are also succesful , when i did transaction was failed but in their system its showing as transaction succeful .

As per yono SBI - Using Quick Tranfer max **,*** can be transferred to a single a person in a single day.

Then how * transactions can be done on a single day to a single person.

On July *st it didnt show me the failed transactions in account it only showed succesful transaction. but after few hours it is showing all transactions as successful
