Actually, we have booked a holiday package named "KERALA A LOVERS PARADISE" for * days. reference number NL************ on **/**/**** and paid the total amount of Rs.*,**, ***/-. The actual dates of the journey from **rd March to **th March ****.

However the same was not undertaken by you Due to the CORONA Virus. There was no communication from you regarding the fate of the program (you are just asking for dates).
because we don't know when it is possible to go on the trip due to COVID-** Unlock. So, we escalate the problem to our consultant Mrs. Deepthi to cancel the trip and refund our total money I.e., *,**,***/-
But she told that the cancellation will be zero, we offering the only postponement.
for postponing we have already send the dates also but still we have not received any conformation mail from make my trip
