I am writing to register a complaint regarding an Air Conditioner *.* TON that I purchased from your Moglix online store & ac company name is cinet
on [**-*-**] for a total consideration of ₹*****
Problem Details:
Since installation, the unit has been malfunctioning. Specifically, , it is not cooling effectively, making , or has a manufacturing . All out doors Leakigin gas I have followed all operating guidelines provided in the manual, yet the problem persists.

I have previously contacted your customer service team on after deliver product * to * time but the issue remains unresolved

Redress Sought:
As the product is currently under warranty, I request you to:
Arrange for a qualified technician to inspect and repair the unit immediately, OR
Provide a full replacement of the defective unit with a new one i
