I used ACT for over two years earlier and it was all fine though the network had issues. then i had to relocate and i called up and asked for the disconnection.. now after three months, i again sent a request for a re-connection of the account. i received a call from their sales team who promised me that if i pay for three months of payment at once, there would not be any relocation charges
(***) and i will get one month extra internet. I agreed for this offer and very next week their agents came and they reconnected my account. To confirm the offer that the sales rep has promised, i have been sending mails to first their customer care at helpdesk.blr@actcorp.in. No proper response, then i sent a mail to nodalofficer.blr@actcorp.in, no response even after the ** hours they promise for a response and then i sent a mail to appellate.authorityblr@actcorp.in expecting atleast this team would respond. I sent mail to appellate.authorityblr@actcorp.in on **th June, ****.
Response:
At exactly at **:** AM on *st July, **** (My previous month’s internet time is complete on **th June. New cycle starting date) , my Internet account was completely closed without any prior information like no call, mail or even sms. Here, closed is not like deactivating temporarily for non payment or any other issue, it is completely removed, no traces of my account with my mobile number or account number. Don't know how they can do it. I am attaching screenshots from their websites in response to my enquiries.
This seriously torturing customers in WFH time.
