Daikin India - Too much of delay and careless attitude to customer

We purchased Daikin two *.* ton AC * months back. One is totally non functional for the past two wk. Service person came a wk back and till now not rectified telling that replacement part yet to come. The unit is under warranty and now it is non operation. There is no worry from company side and don’t care attitude in giving excuse replacement tem yet to arrive. While buying company gives assurance to sky level but in reality it is very poor and don’t care attitude towards service. Within * months of purchase a major breakdown in the AC and they are not attending it properly. They should be aware of what is prompt service. I request you to suitable help in this matter.
