Daikin India - Fraud service

I want to file a complaint about a fraud activity that Daikin service engineers are performing.
My split AC is under warranty, hence free service requested and service engineers from Gursimran refrigeration located in Shahdara visited my home.
But instead of doing service, they took pictures of serial no stickers of indoor and outdoor units and said they don't have machine for service and they didn't perform any service. They filled the sheet sheet as service done.
I objected this behavior and added customer comments in the sheet.
They said another engineer will visit next day with machine. No one has visited for service so far.
Gursimran refrigerations are not even picking up my calls and keep disconnecting them.
