Daikin India - Installation service engineer not turned up for installation of AC

IOrsered AC online after receiving the AC the mentioned engineer of sms denied to install AC...contacted customer service centre * times...but complaint didn't escallate nor did i receive the call.Complete day leave wasted today. Still no call is not resolved.
