Gnanavel filed complaint against Daikin India on Mar 21, 2025
Since purchasing a Daikin AC from Sathya, Erode, in April ****, I have been facing a recurring U* error code, causing the AC to stop working. The issue has persisted since installation, with over ** technician visits, yet no permanent fix has been provided. Each time, the technician refills the gas and claims the issue is resolved, only for it to return within a week. Daikin’s customer support has been unhelpful, repeatedly redirecting me without a solution, and the Chennai head office does not respond to calls. With my warranty expiring soon and no resolution in sight, I demand either a full refund or a product replacement. At the very least, the warranty must be extended until the issue is permanently fixed.
