Vishal filed complaint against Bluestar on May 9, 2024
Hi team,
I did book an Bluestar AC from BajajElectronics on may *th. Got a call on *th stating your booked AC model is not available and need to vidit branch for rebilling of another model, i did accept and went branch and followed rebelling process.
They stated me that if you self pick the product from Godown installation will be done by *th and so as it was emergency i self picked and rerurned home.
Since then i keep calling, sent emails to Bluestar and bajaj team regarding installation, but no proper response and just providing false information that it will be get done today, tomorrow and so.
Also no proper behaviour or resolution from the respective people. Just taking customer for granted.
Not even a single call back from them since i started raising issue, just i need to call them and reach out them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
