Bluestar - problematic AC by BLUESTAR

Respected sir/madam,
Myself atik kalvat purchased a BLUE STAR AC from flipkart on **/**/****, for the same i got delivery on **/**/****.
after the installation process there is blast like sound came contunuosly from AC's compressor & for the same i complained in BLuestar customercare and their engineer came to my home and check the AC. after that he agreed that some sound came from compressor & i request to Flipkart to replace my product but they denied.(screenshot attached) (for above said description i informed to bluestar on **-june-****)
now from last * days water & ice coming from indoor unit of my AC & for the same i register the complain in bluestar and today its engineer came to my home and said that their is GAS LEAKAGE from AC, and we are unable to find from where it leaked ?
and lastly they gone without any solution.
my AC is not working conditon in just *-* month & engineer have no solution.
it is my humble request to you that kindly replace my AC from flipkart/Bluestar or refund my amount.
