Bluestar - Recently purchased Water purifier not working

I bought a water purifier from Bluestar in May, **** and same started giving out weird sound and I reported the same to Bluestar customer care on **/*/**** and a ticked no. B********** raised in this regard.
I made repeated call to the customer care & even wrote the email. I would always get the same standard reply" matter has been escalated and technician will visit u soon".
This is pathetic that even after so many days, company has failed to resolve the issue.
