I am receiving * to * calls and * to * smses everyday even though i have already asked them to disconnect and close my account and not to call any more. But, they doesnt seem to take any action on that but they just keep on calling asking me to renew.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
