I was living at shere punjab andheri e from **** to June ****. That time I was using there internet service. In March **** I paid charges for * year in advance but had to shift from there in June so called them and informed about it..Asked for if refund possible they said No so just informed that we are shifting so pick up your router.Now it jan **** and they are harrassing through Sms e-mail and call... asking for router.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
