Namrata Thakrar filed complaint against Hathaway Broad band on Apr 8, 2022
I changed my plan to GPON fiber and made quarterly payment of Rs. **** on
**th March which includes package price and static ip. They informed that i ll
receive a call from Mumbai and get static ip within ** hrs. Till date i have not
received it, i have been chasing them everyday and getting same reply "pls wait
for ** hrs". I also mailed to their renewal department (email id provided by their
cusomer care executive) to complain attaching the payment receipt but no
response. Now i am really fed up and cannot see any way to get it resolved.
Nobody is clearly letting me know what the issue is for the delay
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
