I have ordered iphone ** on oct * , **** from flipkart big billion days sale. Booking id FMPP********** The order was supposed to deliver on * oct and it has reached to my nearest hub also. I called flipkart because they were not delivering my product and asked me to go to the hub. I made a visit to the hub on ** oct but they made me to wait for more than * hour and their final ans was you will receive your order by tomorrow. But it was cancelled by flipkart on ** oct. I called them because I was saving this money from last * months and im a middle class person. Now they are asking us to order again but unfortunately we will not be getting the same product at the previous price. It has hiked amd it is out of my budget.
Although they have initiated the refund but who will pay the extra amount as well as the amount of my mental trauma. I had viral hugh fever but I went to collect phone because I was in a need and it is around ** km from our place.
