Tanuj Kashyap filed complaint against Tikona Infinet Private Limited TIPL on Oct 3, 2020
For my Tikona broadband connection ID :********** I raised a connection termination request on **st Sep **** (Received online request no :*-**********)but that they did not disconnect in * days as mandated by TRAI.
After that I raised an appeal to the Appellate authority at til.appellate@tikona.in on **th Sep and Got the docket NO : and was waiting for the response
On *nd October I received an email from Tikona stating that they will keep charging me current rental plan till **th Feb ****(as they have already charged me for next * months and don't want to refund) and beyond that also they will continue the connection. This is in gross violation to the TRAI rules where
*. They did not terminate the connection within * days
*. Charging customer for the service he did not use
*. I have to move out of the city and Tikona's delay in disconnection is causing me stress
I don't have any dues pending and they have charged me till **th Feb **** so infact I need refund from them.
This is what I want from Tikona
*. Immediate termination of broadband connection and final settlement
*. Send some Tikona representative to collect the equipment
*.Issue an NOC for the close of account at Tikona
I would like to take this matter to the consumer forum and would like Voxya help in this regard.
