Cleartrip Com - Tickets not refund

I booked my flight from india to D.R congo in march unfortunately the flight was cancelled by airline due to covid ** situation. So i asked the airline if they could give me my money back they said yes as the ticket was not used they will refund full amount and since may i was checking with cleartrip to know the statut of my refund they was always beating arround the Bush with me. So i contacted airline and they said my refund was authorized but still getting reply from cleartrip that the autorisation is pending from airline..

In the meaning time i have even proof that i shared with them but still no solution from them and keep lying everytime
