Very bad customer service. MakeMyTrip seems to have a bunch of frauds taking customer money and not issue tickets. I have suffered too much mental trauma because of them and still undergoing. I have booked * tickets for an important business meeting in Cotonou on May *st **** for travel date on *th May and return is on **th May. Till date I didn't receive any tickets I kept on calling to CCU for updates, nobody is serious and keep on saying will get back to me. * days before came up with alternate solution will give ticket on *th I was forced to postpone my travel date and agreed on that too then also I didn't get any confirmation on both the tickets. I am too much frustrated and undergoing too much stress because of this MakeMyTrip company. Still, I am under dark about my travel date.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
