Railway tickets booking filed complaint against Goibibio on Apr 10, 2019
I have initiated railway tickets booking today and the amount has been deducted but not received a ticket booking confirmation and the company doesn't provide it. The customer care number available is the most frustrating and annoying.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
