Namrata Sarda filed complaint against Easemytrip.com on Aug 18, 2018
I paid for a ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai and money was debited from my account. But easemytrip did not issue me the ticket and hasn't returned my money either. They say the money will come after a week. If money is deducted in seconds, it must be refunded in seconds else they must issue the ticket to me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
