Had paid for and received the ticket in mail but no ticket was actually confirmed to Air India by MakeMyTrip for DEL-BBI on **th May ****.
Had to purchase new ticket for next flight on the spot, amounting Rs. **,*** for which no refund has been given yet. It has been ** days since the complaint and they are yet to address the issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
