I booked an international Emirates flight through MakeMyTrip. Due to a booking error, my passenger name appears as “Mohammad Kamran Kamran” instead of “Mohammad Kamran” as per passport.
I have repeatedly tried contacting MakeMyTrip through calls, emails, and app support but received no proper response. Emirates informed me that only the booking agency can correct the name.
This is an urgent international travel issue and I request immediate assistance for passenger name correction.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
